MikRom2.0 introduction
MikRom is a reverse engineering tool customized based on Android source code, as most of the core functions in the tool are implemented in the source code. Most apps that run normally in custom ROMs can use the features in management tools.
MikRom history
Initially, in order to learn how to actively call and unpack fart, I developed FartExt to practice, and then started to learn AOSP customization.
Then during the learning process, I thought that although the development cost of customized system-assisted reverse engineering is very heavy, some functions can be extracted as configurations through business logic processing, which can be flexibly managed and reduce the cost of confrontation. In order to integrate the skills I learned, I realized my idea after a period of exploration, and then upgraded it to MikRom. The current open source version is this initial version, but the initial version only has the prototype of what I first imagined, and it still works in actual combat. There are many problems, and the cost of confrontation has not been substantially reduced.
Confrontation is inevitable, and offense and defense are mutually upgraded, and MikRom's reduction of confrontation is mainly to deal with the main confrontation in ROM. The protector can also mark the ROM as a risk device based on its characteristics. So after subsequent study, I began to reconstruct MikRom and adjust the overall framework. At the same time, I optimized the existing functions according to the needs discovered during reverse engineering, and added some new functions to improve the usability of the tool. In order to try to create a The highly practical ROM-level reverse engineering tool has begun to be upgraded to the MikRom2.0 version. Currently, this version will not be open source, but will be commercialized to maintain the continued update of the project.
MikRom2.0 use
First, you need to flash MikRom's customized Android system through Flash, and obtain it from Download. The currently supported devices are currently medium-sized phones in the Google series. blueline and flame.
After flashing, install the management tool miktools. When using it for the first time, you need to open the network, adjust the correct phone time, and set the time zone to 8 hours.
The first time the device is used, a 1-day free trial will be provided. Open miktools. If it does not show that it is activated, try closing it and reopening it.
KernelSu is built into the system, just download and install the KernelSu manager
If you need to extend the activation time, you can purchase a license to support MikRom through Contact me.
